We are so happy to announce that we have finalized plans for our new location at
444 Washington Street in Woburn
We are thrilled to only be moving 1.5 miles from the current office, remaining easily accessible to all patients. Our new space, just over the town line, will provide a larger, fully accessible and modern office to care for our families. We will be moving the week of December 9th, and our hours that week will be as follows:
Monday 12/9: Business as usual in the Reading location.
Tuesday 12/10: Patients will be seen in the Reading location, but the office will CLOSE at 3PM.
Wednesday 12/11: The office will be CLOSED as we start the move.
Thursday 12/12: The office will be CLOSED as we finish the move.
Friday 12/13: The office will be OPEN normal hours at our new location in WOBURN.
12/14 and Beyond: All future appointments remain scheduled for the same date and time, just in our new Woburn location. Please let us know if this will be an issue.
When the office is closed, we will have an on-call provider available. Please call the main number, (781) 944-4250, and our answering service will take your message; one of the Dowd providers will call you back promptly.
Our staff will also be periodically checking and responding to patient portal messages for non-urgent issues.
Please have patience with us as we make this exciting change that will help us provide better & more accessible healthcare for all our families.
